I love all my children dearly. I don't want the older two girls to feel left out, so let me share some funny stories from last week. Maryisms and Margaretisms!

One morning, Sean drove Mary in to school. She asked him a question. He launched into his answer.

Apparently, his answer was longer than she expected or wanted. Rather than tell him directly, she just lay her head back on the seat and started to snore. Loudly.


Margaret's story is a little more involved. Mammaw was visiting and we were all sitting down for dinner. Mammaw pulled up a chair between me and Margaret. She told Margaret, "I'm going to sit next to you, because I kind of like you."

Margaret crinkled her brow and asked, "You kind of like me?"

Mammaw answered that yes, she did.

To which Margaret replied indignantly, "But, I thought you loved me!"
