Christmas is complete!

We successfully hosted seven friends for our traditional standing rib roast & Yorkshire pudding Christmas meal on Monday. The oven gave me fits again, so dinner was delayed some. I need to buy a thermometer to put in that irritating appliance! Thankfully, the wait was worth it and dinner was yummy. I now feel like my Christmas season is complete!

So now we have to quickly shift gears and start packing! We leave for Singapore tomorrow for nine glorious WARM days. Will be a fun way to bring in the New Year.
