Have been chatting with Sean via email, he's having fun. Had forgotten how noisy it was, of course, and has 110 roommates. Staying up too late, getting up too early. Funny that he's managing that despite not standing any official watches. Gotta love sea duty!

We girls have settled into the routine now, took me a few days to find my "sea legs." I always fall into an "I hate when he leaves" funk that I just have to ride out. Took a few extra days this time, I'm out of practice. Just have to get through this weekend, then Mary starts school on Tuesday and Friday will arrive before we know it!

Margaret's potty training continues. Bought her some cloth trainer pants for wearing around the house. After a few false starts, she now understands that she can't pee in them like a diaper. A few misses here and there, but she's definitely getting it.

Meaghan just LOVES her sisters lately. Both yesterday and today, Mary was able to get her really laughing doing silly stuff. Mary would ask me to do the same thing, but Meaghan wouldn't react with the belly laughter. It had to be Mary.

Meaghan had a second round of avacado around dinner tonight. She was eager to eat it, and had about a tablespoon's worth. It was funny, several times she'd shiver and get that look on her face that most folks get when they eat a lemon. Hee, hee! Where's the video camera when those moments happen?
