Sean left today for a business trip to Japan, he'll be back Friday. Helen is catching the cold Sean was fighting. So far I've avoided it! The older two girls are enjoying a new Pooh movie borrowed from the library. Meaghan is in the bouncy seat next to me, chatting away. She found her thumb a few days ago so has been even more content than usual.
Did some exploring this weekend. Saturday we went to Namdaemun market. Literally thousands of wholesalers selling just about everything you could imagine. It's where all the retailers go to buy their goods. It covers literally blocks and was pretty overwhelming after a short while. Was a fun adventure.
Sunday, we took a USO tour of the Korean Folk Village. It's set up just like Colonial Williamsbug, lots of folks in traditional clothes and various demonstrations of crafts and folk arts. The Farmer's Dance is amazing to see!
Tomorrow morning, a neighbor is taking us to the "flower market" just across the river from our apartment. Apparently it's full of fresh flowers at wholesale prices.
Off to get pix downloaded from the camera (how's that for a teaser?).
