Well, I may be stealing my parents thunder but...they sold their house! After just 2 weeks on the market, they were given two offers. One was very low, but the other was within negotiating range and my parents & the buyers came to an agreement. Now all that's left is working out dates (the sellers of the NC house are building their next home, so there's quite a few variables). They're looking to close at the end of June, talk about a busy month!
