Margaret woke up with a fever today. Topped out at 101.3 (armpit reading).  Didn't medicate her as she didn't appear to be very uncomfortable, just clingy.  I thought she felt warm last night when I put her down for the night, and her bowels have been looser than normal the past few days.  So, I'm guessing a virus.

I put her down at 10 am for a nap and she slept for 6 hours! She ate pretty good, we stuck to simple foods (BRAT) and pushed fluids.  She drank really well until the end of the day.  She nursed a few times too, thank goodness.  Put her down at 7 pm, she slept for an hour then Sean got her up when she stirred.  She was up for only an hour before she started showing signs of being tired, so I put her back down again.  She's still down now (10:45 pm), hopefully she'll sleep through the night.  Overall, she was in good spirits.

Am disappointed because of course we (finally) had plans today. There was an outing to a local family park we were going to join and then Sean & I were going on a date this evening.  Ended up just staying in the apt. all day and hanging out.  Ah well, the joys of parenthood.  We'll see what tomorrow brings.
