Had my first prenatal exam today, and they did an ultrasound because I wasn't sure of my dates. The u/s put the little Bean at 13 wks, 5 days, my estimated due date is 22 January 2005.

Everything checked out fine, the baby was squirming and kicking away during the ultrasound. Both Sean and the girls were present so we all got to see "Five." I've got another (routine) ultrasound scheduled next month, in the meantime here's a first look at our newest addition-to-be!

I just realized, I labeled the u/s wrong!  It's actually the spine that you see in the middle, not the spinal cord.  The Bean is facing away with his/her legs tucked in front.  We did catch a view of the legs and one arm, but no pictures of those.
