FINALLY! Some forward progress with getting the cats to Korea, however small. Tried calling the airlines this morning and after overcoming the language issues, I was told I had to use a "customs broker." Thankfully I got a phone number for one, Nippon Express. It took a few more phone calls, but I finally reached someone who can help. He will be emailing me a quote this afternoon.
