Halloween came and went. Frankly, it's not a big deal in our household. Mary had a costume parade at her school on Thursday (no school on Friday). So, Margaret and I went to watch. They were encouraged to dress in a storybook character, bringing the story in as well. Mary dressed as a princess and brought the book entitled The Twelve Dancing Princesses.

I found a cute princess costume for Margaret, too. That's her in the pink.

Friday, Daddy took Mary out trick or treating. Only walked up and down one block and came home with a bag full of sweets. Of course, Sean got underway the next day. Great timing to leave a bag full of chocolate in the house - NOT!

Today we grabbed dinner at Sbarro's. They have a yummy buffet that's got a nice variety of veggies & pasta. Introduced corn to Margaret, she enjoyed it. She's very close to mastering the pincer grasp (using index & thumb together). She's also standing EVERYWHERE and is not napping or nursing for long - she just doesn't want to sit or lay still. Will be getting her ready for bed soon, here's hoping that goes smoothly. *fingers crossed*
